Dr. Rebecca Gordon

Dr. Gordon is a psychologist by training and has an extensive history in higher education addressing gender equity and overseeing sexual violence prevention initiatives. Dr. Gordon was the inaugural full-time Title IX Coordinator for North Central College in Naperville. She oversees the college’s Title IX compliance and response to sexual and gender-based harassment. Currently Dr. Gordon is the Assistant Vice President for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer for the college.
