Vision 1948 is an initiative founded by woman technologists who have a passion to use their knowledge and experience to change the face of tech. In 2022 the Vision 1948 team joined AAUW Naperville Area. This collaboration has achieved important STEM milestones and continues to grow. The Vision 1948 team welcomes volunteers and sponsors.

Bring gender parity back to tech by encouraging and empowering girls and women to pursue computing/technology education and careers through increased education and awareness, influencing workplace policies/practices and advocating positive media portrayal.
