AAUW Naperville Area’s Woman of the Year award recognizes a Naperville area woman who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and community service; and has supported the advancement of equity for women and girls.

Any member of AAUW Naperville Area branch or the Naperville area community may nominate someone for recognition. Nominees do not need to have a college degree to qualify.

The Woman of the Year is selected in the spring and honored at the AAUW Naperville Area spring awards event, usually in May.
