Explore how to use your spheres of influence to build bridges of inclusion and understanding in this engaging mini workshop sponsored by AAUW Naperville Area and led by Harriet Lewis, PhD, MPA.
Dr. Harriet Lewis is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Konesens Development, a boutique consultancy that supports equity and inclusion through training and support initiatives.
For over 25 years she has worked in research, and community and economic development conducting business and tourism research studies, and leading organizations that have served women, refugees, youth, and small business owners, including an international volunteer association and a chamber of commerce. Most importantly, she has led teams through staffing transitions and opportunities that resulted in greater inclusion, stronger teams, and increased access to services for marginalized people.
Dr. Lewis has an academic background in communications, public administration, philanthropy, and social policy and planning. She is a member of multiple business associations, is the U.N. Representative for the Nigerian NGO New Era Educational and Charitable Support Foundation, and serves as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Cabo Verde to the State of Illinois.
